Useful information for your trip
We recommend booking the bus so that you arrive at the airport at least 4 hours before your flight. In most cases, your ticket can also be used on earlier or later trips on the same date, subject to service availability and free seats.

We recommend arriving at the stop at least 15 minutes before departure to secure your seat on the booked bus.
Each passenger may carry luggage up to 16 kg, included in the ticket price.
Small pets are allowed on board when using appropriate safety devices (muzzle, leash, carrier). The owner must ensure the animal does not climb on the seats, does not damage the vehicle, and does not disturb other passengers.
Children under 2 travel free of charge, without a seat, and must be held on a lap. From age 2 to 12, a reduced fare applies.
The buses are equipped with a wheelchair ramp. The service must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
Since the service connects the airport and the city, buses follow the scheduled timetable and cannot wait for late passengers, except in cases of force majeure.

Over the past year I've used the Linate shuttle transfers to Milan city center several times, both from Linate and from Malpensa, and I've never had any problems. I've also always bought tickets online with a small discount when booking round trips together. Very courteous staff. I fully recommend it.

I often use the bus from Milan Centrale to Linate. I usually choose the Airpullman service because the buses are clean and the drivers are always in contact to choose the fastest route based on traffic—I know because I sit in the front and listen a bit. On Monday the 7th I left my phone on the bus, I contacted the lost and found office this morning with little hope, but I can only say that the phone is here—they organized themselves really well and even brought it to Linate! Thanks to Vito, who delivered the phone to me at the bus stop, and thanks to everyone!

Excellent experience! The buses are always on time and the staff is so kind and helpful. They do their best to get you safely to your destination and give you the best experience without worrying about anything. The buses are comfortable with air conditioning and there's plenty of space for hand luggage on board. To make your trip smooth, I highly recommend choosing this company over the others!
